Notable roles also include Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Ali Group North America-Refrigeration Division and Vice President of Sales at Beverage-Air, where Motes progressed from Director of Sales to Regional Sales Manager. Motes began the career in outside sales at Lund Iorio Inc., demonstrating a solid foundation in sales and marketing throughout the professional trajectory.
