Rachael Naylor

Rachael Naylor has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Rachael currently holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at ICE since October 2022. Prior to this role, they worked as Vice President at ICE from April 2020 to October 2022. Before joining ICE, Rachael was an independent consultant from February 2019 onwards.

From August 2018 to April 2020, Rachael worked at PRS for Music as the Director of Operations and Royalty Distribution. Prior to this, they held various roles at PRS for Music including Director of Operations, Head of Operations, Head of Distribution Development, and Head of Distributions Operation Support. Rachael also served as a Senior Manager at PRS for Music from November 2009 to December 2012, where they managed managers, projects, and initiatives to drive revenue growth and cost reduction.

Rachael's earlier experience includes a managerial position at Indesit Company, where they gained expertise in customer service, sales, planning, and field support. Rachael successfully implemented strategies and projects to increase revenue in service divisions during their tenure from January 2004 to October 2009.

Rachael Naylor has a diverse education history. In 1995, they attended Stanground College where they completed their A levels. In 2009, Rachael studied leadership at the Institute of Leaders and Management, obtaining an Award. Rachael furthered their education by pursuing Business Management at Oxford Learning College from 2011 to 2013, earning a Higher National Diploma (HND). In 2015, Rachael attended the London Business School for a short period, specializing in developing strategy for value creation. Rachael also holds additional certification as an Advanced Practitioner, which they obtained from the International Association for Contract and Commercial Management (IACCM) in December 2018.
