Rossa Waldron is an experienced professional in the arts and entertainment industry with a diverse background in production and copyright management. Currently serving as the Copyright Operations Manager and previously as a Copyright Analyst at ICE since January 2021, Rossa has demonstrated expertise in overseeing intellectual property within creative contexts. Prior to this role, Rossa founded The Winter Ball, a unique event blending film, food, dance, and live music from September 2018 to January 2021. Rossa also held the position of Production Manager at Trauma Bar und Kino and served as the Lead Casting Director for the 2019 Berliner Festspiele production of Taylor Mac's "A 24 Decade History of Popular Music." Rossa's career began at AKA Berlin as Studio Manager, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Film/Cinema/Video Studies from Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology.
