Carling Hay

Carling Hay is an expert in atmospheric physics and geophysics with extensive experience in research and academic roles. Following a Bachelor of Science from McGill University and a PhD from the University of Toronto, Carling Hay contributed to several significant research projects, including the STAR field campaign on Arctic storms and the Greenland Flow Distortion Experiment. Roles at Harvard University included serving as a Postdoctoral Fellow, leading analyses of sea-level data, and publishing influential research. At Boston College, Carling Hay functioned as an Assistant Professor, focusing on the impacts of sea level on population displacement and developing multi-disciplinary courses. In recent positions, including Director at ICE Data Services, Carling Hay leads efforts in climate and social impact analytics. Current engagement is as the Head of Research and Product Development at ICE Climate.
