Francois Lepart

Francois Lepart possesses extensive experience in operations management within the financial services sector. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer for both ICE Futures Abu Dhabi and ICE Clear Europe at Intercontinental Exchange since November 2016, Francois previously held the role of Chief Operating Officer and Head of Operations at ICE Clear Europe, where a comprehensive operations department was established to manage clearing and settlement for key markets. Prior positions include Head of Operations in London for Calyon Financial SNC, overseeing a team across multiple functions, and Global Head of Client Service Centre at Cargill Investor Services, where responsibility included the creation and management of a global customer support department. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Royal Agricultural University and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from IPAG Business School.
