Joanna Jia

Joanna Jia, CFA, FRM, is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in risk management and finance. Currently serving as Director of Global Risk Management at Intercontinental Exchange since November 2018, Joanna also holds the role of Chief Risk Officer at ICE Clear U.S. Prior to this, Joanna worked at AQR Capital Management in Portfolio Finance, focusing on hedge fund and mutual fund financing, and held the position of Vice President at SunTrust, managing trading market risk. Earlier experience includes risk management roles at Deutsche Bank and financial analysis at FBS Mfg Corp. Joanna Jia earned an MBA from The Wharton School and holds a Master's in Quantitative and Computational Finance from the Georgia Institute of Technology, along with a Bachelor's in Economics from Nankai University.
