Kevin L. is an experienced User Experience leader with a strong background in financial technology and product design. Currently serving as the Director of User Experience at Intercontinental Exchange since May 2016, Kevin has previously held significant roles including Design Manager at FactSet Research Systems, where designs empowered financial professionals to analyze and interpret complex financial data. Prior experience includes serving as Director of User Experience at Thomson Reuters, managing user experience for quantitative analytic tools, and as Senior Interaction Designer at Google (formerly DoubleClick), where Kevin streamlined ad operations processes. Kevin began the career at Prudential Securities as Associate Vice President of User Experience, managing online client account access. Kevin holds a BS in Operations Research & Industrial Engineering from Cornell University and an MBA in Finance and Global Business from NYU Stern School of Business.
