Sheri Mahoney

Sheri Mahoney serves as Senior Director of M&A and Integration at Intercontinental Exchange since October 2015, where responsibilities include managing M&A activities such as opportunity assessment, bid development, diligence, contract preparation, regulatory approvals, synergies mapping, and post-acquisition integration. Prior to this role, Sheri was Vice President of Corporate Development at Interactive Data from July 2010 to July 2015, overseeing the Corporate Development team and focusing on business intelligence and decision support, with key areas including M&A, competitive analysis, regulatory affairs, business case development, and market research. Sheri holds a BA in Economics and Government from Colby College.
