Syam Varma

Syam Varma currently serves as the Manager of Presales for the APAC Pricing and Analytics Business Division at ICE, a position held since September 2014, where responsibilities include managing and expanding the customer base for Fixed Income and Data Services across Asia Pacific. Prior to this role, Syam held various positions at Thomson Reuters from May 2004 to June 2014, including Presales Team Lead and Senior Product Specialist, focused on business consulting, client workflow analysis, product demonstrations, and post-sales support. Syam began a career at Reuters as a Market Data Analyst, progressing to roles with increasing responsibilities in quality assurance and team training. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Management from Bharathiar University, an Advanced Certificate in Software Engineering from IBM Learning Services, and a Post Graduate degree in Global Management with a focus on Financial Management.
