Shad Good

Shad Good has over 20 years of experience in sales and leadership roles in the medical device industry. Shad started their career at ADP as a District Manager in 2001 before transitioning to Ethicon Endo-Surgery as an Executive Sales Representative. Shad went on to work at Mammotome in various roles from Regional Sales Manager to Senior Director of Sales, where they led the sales organization in achieving its objectives. Shad then served as Vice President of Sales at UVconcepts before joining IceCure Medical as VP of Sales-North America, where they are involved in setting new standards in tumor therapy through cryoablation technology.

Shad Good earned a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from Miami University.
