Ashley Banks has a diverse work experience spanning over 14 years in the digital sphere. Ashley started their career as a Research Assistant at Columbia University School of Social Work in 2007. From 2008 to 2011, they worked as an Events Production Associate at NY Non-Profits & Companies, and also served as a Teacher and Events Coordinator at Putney Student Travel for a brief period in 2008.

Moving into the field of digital marketing, Ashley worked as a Digital Marketing & Branding Consultant for NY & International Companies from 2009 to 2014. During this time, they also held the position of Digital Media and Communications Manager at FIAF - French Institute Alliance Francaise from 2009 to 2014.

In 2014, Ashley joined TDT New York as the Director of Digital Strategy, where they directed digital strategy for various food, luxury, and lifestyle clients. Ashley successfully executed campaigns that increased brand awareness, brand sentiment, and drove both e-commerce and in-store sales through targeted digital advertising, social media marketing, and experiential event activation.

Since 2016, Ashley has been working at Iced Media as the Chief Client Officer and Partner. In this role, they oversee agency work across strategy, media, creative, and project management. Ashley has led digital strategy for a range of prestigious brands such as L'Oreal, Paula's Choice, SkinCeuticals, Moroccanoil, Elizabeth Arden, Unilever, Walmart, and more. With their extensive experience as a digital marketer, savvy strategist, and persuasive storyteller, Ashley lives at the intersection of creativity and data, bringing a unique blend of skills to their role at Chief.

Ashley Banks has a Bachelor of Arts degree in French and Romance Philology from Columbia University. Ashley also studied Literature at Université Paris-Sorbonne.
