George Taylor has a long and varied career in the business sector. George began their career in 1990 as Vice President of Marketing and Category Development at Advantage Sales & Marketing. In 1993, they became President of AdAge Information Services, a start-up retail advertising tracking and analysis business. In 2002, they moved to The Coca-Cola Company as Senior Manager of Category Management. In 2004, they joined Cardinal Health as Vice President of Customer Excellence and Director of Corporate IT Marketing. In 2010, they became Vice President of Sales & Service Execution at USAA. Finally, in 2011, they became President and Managing Partner of Beyond Feedback, a company that designs and implements voice of the customer and voice of the employee insights programs.

George Taylor has an MBA in Finance from Western International University and a BS in Marketing from the same institution. George also holds a Certificate in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from Villanova University, a Certificate in Business Impact Leadership Certified Facilitator and a Certificate in DDI Certified Facilitator from Development Dimensions International, and a Certificate in Healthcare Information Systems Management from the University of Connecticut.
