Bernard Earl is an accomplished creative leader with a robust background in driving brand strategy and visual storytelling across multiple sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Creative Design at Iceland Foods since November 2024, Bernard leads the brand's creative direction to enhance customer engagement and market presence. Prior experience includes roles at N Brown Group as a Senior Creative Manager, where Bernard managed a team of 32 creatives to produce high-quality marketing materials and significantly improved the speed and quality of brand imagery. Earlier roles at THG and Creativebybe further established expertise in fashion and retail creative direction, while education in Visual Arts from The University of Bolton laid a strong foundation for Bernard's career.
