Stuart Lendrum

Stuart Lendrum is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product, process, and sustainability management within the food industry. Currently serving as the Director of Product, Process & Sustainability at Iceland Foods since March 2019, Stuart has also held several leadership roles at the company, including Head of Product and Process and Head of Packaging, Quality & Food Safety. Prior positions include Director at EDENGLAS and both Executive and Non-Executive Director at OPRL Limited. Stuart played a key role at Sainsbury's as Head of Sustainable & Ethical Sourcing and previously led packaging initiatives from 2005 to 2012. Stuart's career began at Safeway Stores PLC as a Buying Manager for Packaging, followed by a Directorship at TDG Group. Stuart holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from Queen's University Belfast.
