Heida Njola Gudbrandsdottir

Heida Njola Gudbrandsdottir is an experienced professional in operations and project management, currently serving as Deputy COO and previously holding roles such as Director of Operations Support at Icelandair since August 2016. Prior to Icelandair, Heida worked at Marorka as Quality Manager and Customer Service Manager, overseeing the customer service department from February 2012 to July 2016. At Rio Tinto Alcan Iceland, from December 2008 to February 2012, Heida was the Maintenance Specialist, leading condition monitoring and maintenance for production equipment. Earlier experience includes working as a Specialist at VSO Consulting from 2002 to 2008, contributing to various engineering projects. Heida holds an MSc in Financial Engineering from Reykjavik University and a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from Háskóli Íslands.
