Kristen Brooks

Kristen Brooks is an experienced professional in the airline industry, currently serving as a Key Account Manager and previously in Inside Sales Support at Icelandair since August 2009. Prior to this role, Kristen spent 14 years at Delta Air Lines, where responsibilities included Airport Customer Service, Customer Service Coordinator, and Reservation Sales Agent, managing various aspects of airport operations and customer reservations. Kristen holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Business Administration and Management / Travel and Tourism from Johnson & Wales University, complemented by a high school diploma from Middleboro High School.
