Jon Flint

Jon Flint has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Jon started their career as a Partner at Burr, Egan, Deleage & Company in 1984 and worked there until 1996. In 1996, they became a Founding Partner at Polaris Partners, a position they still hold. Jon also co-founded Polaris Founders Capital in 2014 as a Founding Partner. In 2015, they became a Co-Founder and Chairman of Icelandic Provisions. Jon Flint joined EXOS as an Investor and Former Board Member in 2007 and became an Advisor at the Hospital for Special Surgery in 2017. Jon also served as a Board Member at Sarah Flint since 2014. Jon Flint's other board memberships include JibJab Media from 2006 to 2019 and Living Proof, Inc. from 2007 to 2018, where they were also the Co-founder and Chairman. Additionally, they have been serving as a Board Member at Caledonia Spirits since 2019.

Jon Flint has a JD degree from the University of Virginia School of Law. Jon also holds a BA degree from Hobart and William Smith Colleges.
