Gemma Gallant is an experienced professional in community engagement and development, currently serving as the Director of Engagement & Place at Iceni Projects since June 2023 and a Trustee at Emmaus Suffolk. Previously, Gemma held significant leadership roles at Cratus, including Managing Director of Communities and People and Executive Director of Communities, where a strong focus was placed on building resilient communities and supporting residents. Gemma's background also includes extensive work with the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames, where roles ranged from Neighbourhood Manager to Community Development Worker, emphasizing innovative community engagement and addressing health inequalities. Gemma began education at Kesteven and Grantham Girls' School followed by obtaining a BSc in Radiotherapy from Kingston University.
