Bartłomiej Papierzyński is an accomplished venture builder and product manager with extensive experience in the fintech and technology sectors. Current roles include Head of Venture Building and Senior Product Manager at ICEO, where the focus is on developing software-based, data-driven companies. Prior to ICEO, Bartłomiej served as COO of OrdinaryCorp, leading initiatives to create globally competitive products and launching multiple successful mobile games. As CEO and Co-Founder of Steppie, recognized by Business Insider as a top fintech startup, Bartłomiej developed a mobile solution targeting B2B2C markets. Experience also includes leadership positions at WeSavvy and various technical roles at PRZEMYSLOWY INSTYTUT AUTOMATYKI I POMIAROW PIAP and Fu-Ge-Lab. Bartłomiej holds a Master's degree in Strategic Management from Kozminski University and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Warsaw University of Technology, continuing education in related fields.
