Ilona Czarnecka-Tomalska

Ilona Czarnecka-Tomalska has diverse work experience in the IT and travel industry. Ilona currently works as a QA Engineer at ICEO - Venture Builder since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at PCG Academia as a Junior QA Engineer and Junior QA Specialist from 2020 to 2022.

From 2015 to 2020, Ilona worked at CWT, where they held multiple roles including Quality Coach, Deputy Section Manager, Senior Business Travel Counselor, and Business Travel Counselor. In these roles, they were responsible for making reservations, solving bugs, assisting agents, and overseeing schedules. Ilona also had a strong interest in the technical aspects of Sabre.

Additionally, Ilona has interned at Rzeszów Airport in 2015 as a Terminal Crew member. Ilona also worked as a Consultant with ARC US booth at the Passenger Terminal Exposition in 2015. In 2014, they interned as a Data Analyst at Intelligent Aviation.

Ilona Czarnecka-Tomalska's education history begins in 2012 when they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Aviation Management from Wyższa Szkoła Informatyki i Zarządzania w Rzeszowie. Ilona then continued their education and obtained a Master's Degree in Production Engineering and Management from Politechnika Rzeszowska im. Ignacego Łukasiewicza, which they completed in 2017. In 2018, Ilona pursued a postgraduate program in Software Testing at Wyższa Szkoła Informatyki i Zarządzania w Rzeszowie, which they completed in 2019.

Ilona Czarnecka-Tomalska has also obtained several additional certifications. In 2012, they achieved the Certificate in Advanced English C1 - Cambridge ESOL Level 2 Certificate in ESOL International from the British Council. In 2014, they attended the ARCport ALTOCEF (Terminal) - Science and Management of Planning of Air Terminals certification program offered by ARC (Aviation Research Corporation). Their most recent certifications include Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals from Microsoft, which they obtained in April 2021, and ISTQB - CTFL from GASQ, which they achieved in January 2022.
