Mateusz Sokołowski

Mateusz Sokołowski has a diverse work experience in the field of operations and technical support. Mateusz started their career in 2016 as a Technical Support Specialist at ICEO - Venture Builder, where they worked until 2021. At ICEO - Venture Builder, they held various roles, including VP of Operations and Lead of Operations.

In 2016, Mateusz also worked as a Specjalista ds. pomocy technicznej at SalesBee and Link4Pay. In these roles, they provided technical support to clients.

In 2017, Mateusz joined Zonda as a Starszy specjalista ds. pomocy technicznej. Mateusz then advanced to the position of Technical Support Operations Manager in 2019, where they worked until 2020.

Throughout their career, Mateusz has gained valuable experience in operations management and technical support, making him a skilled professional in these areas.

Mateusz Sokołowski attended Studium Informatyczne TEB Edukacja w Nowym Sączu from 2013 to 2015, where they studied Informatyka/technologia systemów komputerowych. Mateusz did not obtain a degree from this institution. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, including Design Thinking Intro from Hearts&Heads in September 2022, Team Kanban Practitioner from Lean Agile Ninja in March 2022, and Przeciwdziałanie praniu pieniędzy w świetle polskich i estońskich przepisów from BDO Technology in October 2019.
