Betsy Atkins

Betsy is a three-time CEO and serial entrepreneur co-founding enterprise software companies in the energy, healthcare and networking industries. She scaled companies through hyper growth and led companies to successful IPO and acquisitions such as Clear Standards bought by SAP and Ascend Communications, $5B in revenue acquired by Lucent for $23B.

Betsy has built 3 early stage funds at Baja Corp making investments in companies such as Yahoo, eBay and Selectica. Her 25-year career includes the full range of enterprise software including ERP, supply chain, CRM, B.I., Ad Tech, Cyber, AI/machine learning analytics, IoT and mobile. She is actively involved in the Venture and Private Equity community.

Betsy has served on 27 of the best-known public boards, 60 PE & VC boards and has been through 13 IPOs. Her board service includes the following industries: Tech, Financial Services, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Logistics, Media, Retail, Hospitality, CPG etc.

Betsy is now focused on corporate board work bringing a highly engaged philosophy based on the belief that directors must be a competitive accelerant to the business, positively impacting the company in a measurable way. Currently Betsy is a board member of Volvo Cars, Wynn Resorts and SL Green Realty.
