Christine Moore

Christine Moore, CCP, currently serves as the Head of Total Rewards at Icertis since August 2024, following a tenure as VP of Total Rewards at Pax8 from July 2019 to August 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Total Rewards Director at DaVita Kidney Care and Director of Compensation at Chipotle Mexican Grill, where Christine also held the positions of Compensation Manager and Compensation Analyst. Christine has also provided independent compensation consulting services from 2006 to 2009, and gained early experience as a Compensation Associate with Towers Perrin and a Defined Contribution Associate with Coopers & Lybrand Consulting. Christine began a career in compensation and benefits with a position as a Benefits Assistant at Memorex Telex. Christine earned a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from the University of Colorado Boulder between 1988 and 1992.
