Kathleen Long

Kathleen (Katie) Long is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate counsel and legal management. Currently serving as Senior Corporate Counsel at Icertis since March 2021, Katie specializes in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various commercial agreements while providing legal guidance on business decisions. Previously, as VP Legal and Board Secretary at Chef Software, Katie led legal research and policy development for an open-source software company, negotiated key agreements, and managed organizational risk. Katie's career also includes roles as Senior Attorney at NBBJ Design, Corporate Counsel at Callison, and Attorney at the Law Office of K.D. Long, among others, where Katie contributed to trademark and copyright law, contract negotiation, and policy implementation. Katie holds a Juris Doctor degree from Seattle University School of Law.
