Aleksandr Blinov

Aleksandr Blinov is an experienced laboratory manager currently at ICEYE since September 2020, previously holding positions as a junior AIT engineer and engineering technician. Prior to ICEYE, Aleksandr worked at Valmet Automotive as an assembler involved in engine preassembly from April 2019 to September 2020. Aleksandr's earlier roles include serving as a distributor at Alma Manu Oy from January 2017 to April 2019, and as the head of the supply and development department at Kivach State Nature Reserve between April 2015 and August 2016, where responsibilities included addressing energy issues and participating in construction projects. Aleksandr also worked as a forest engineer at Kondopoga Timber Company from October 2014 to August 2016, focusing on forest management and planning. Educated at Häme University of Applied Sciences with a bachelor's degree in electrical and automation engineering and holding a master's degree in machines and equipment for the forest industry from Petrozavodsk State University, Aleksandr combines technical expertise with a strong background in engineering and project management.
