Anna Mikosza

Anna Mikosza is an experienced Scrum Master with a strong background in Agile methodologies and team facilitation. Currently serving as a Scrum Master at ICEYE since January 2021, Anna plays a crucial role in helping teams self-organize, manage, and improve continuously using SAFe practices. Previous positions include Agile Lead and Scrum Master at HSBC, where responsibilities involved coordinating Scrum teams and facilitating Agile project management. Anna also has extensive experience in Scrum Master roles at Motorola Solutions Poland and supporting deployment and release activities at HSBC. Earlier career stages include roles as a Project Officer and intern in Project Management Office at UBS, focused on data management and process improvements. Anna holds a Master’s degree in Geoinformation and mine surveying and an Engineer’s degree in Geodesy and cartography from AGH University of Krakow.
