Darren Richardson

Darren Richardson is an experienced security professional currently serving as a Senior Security Engineer at ICEYE since September 2025. Prior to this role, Darren held the position of Cloud Security Architect at Eficode from November 2021 to September 2025 and was Product Cybersecurity Lead as well as Lead Cloud/DevOps Architect at Groke Technologies between August 2020 and November 2021. Earlier in Darren's career, Darren worked as a DevOps Manager and Integration Specialist at ID BBN from January 2018 to August 2020. Darren is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Computer Science at the University of Jyväskylä, with prior academic qualifications including a Master of Engineering in Cyber Security from JAMK University of Applied Sciences, a Bachelor of Engineering in Network and System Administration from Turku University of Applied Sciences, and an AVCE in Information Technology from Chesterfield College.
