Aubrey Kearney

Aubrey Kearney is a seasoned professional in child welfare and education, currently serving as a Senior Research Analyst at ICF since May 2023. Prior experience includes holding the position of Director of Research and Evaluation at the Indiana Department of Child Services from November 2021 to May 2023, and contributing as a Research Analyst within the same department from July 2018 to August 2021. Aubrey began a career in community resources as an Intern to the Director of the City of Bloomington Community and Family Resources Department and advanced to work on programs addressing homelessness. With further experience in development support at the Hospitality Hub of Memphis and student leadership roles at Rhodes College, Aubrey possesses a strong background in research, evaluation, and community service initiatives. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Public Affairs from Indiana University Bloomington and a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies from Rhodes College.
