Elizabeth Diller serves as Vice President and Energy Sector Lead at ICF since February 2009, where responsibilities include leading business development and overseeing offshore wind projects within the Environment and Planning Division. Diller has held various leadership roles at ICF, including Director of both the Energy Client Sector and Environment & Planning, where oversight of projects for Federal clients such as the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management and the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration was key. Prior to ICF, Diller gained experience as Senior Scientist at Potomac-Hudson Engineering, Inc., and as an Environmental Scientist at Dade Moeller & Associates, managing regulatory reviews for Department of Energy projects. Diller’s career began in environmental analysis at the Irish Environmental Protection Agency and includes expertise in environmental management systems gained through roles in diverse organizations. Education includes a BS in Environmental Science from Ulster University and a Diploma in Area Studies from Centrale Nantes.
