Frank T. Mongioi

Frank T. Mongioi, Jr. serves as Vice President of Sustainable Mobility at ICF, where leadership encompasses emerging mobility services and transportation demand management for a variety of clients. With extensive experience since December 2006, Frank has held multiple roles, including Project Manager for NYSDOT's Statewide Mobility Services contract and Deputy Project Manager for TxDOT's Houston ConnectSmart initiative. Previous positions include Director of Marketing & Sales at Meadowlink, where Frank developed transportation management and air quality programs, enhancing travel options in New Jersey. Frank holds an MBA in Marketing and a BS in Management & Marketing from Montclair State University.
