Joeann Jenkins

Joeann Jenkins is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in disaster management and recovery. Currently serving as Vice President of Disaster Management at ICF since August 2018, Joeann leads business development across several states, oversees disaster recovery programs along the Atlantic coast, and manages the Office of Risk Management Disaster Recovery Project for multiple federally declared disasters. Prior to ICF, Joeann served as Senior Vice President at DMS and managed significant disaster response projects in cooperation with FEMA and HUD. Additionally, Joeann held the role of Public Assistance Section Manager at the North Carolina Division of Emergency Management, where oversight of disaster recovery operations was essential. Joeann holds a Master's degree and a Bachelor's degree in American History from North Carolina Central University, complemented by minors in English and Political Science.
