Joette Monson

Joette Monson currently serves as the Senior Business Operations Lead at ICF, a role held since October 2011, where responsibilities include Knowledge Management, Capture & Logistics Operations, Vendor Management, and support for the GWAC Office. Previously, Monson was the Senior Operations Business Partner within the Mission Services & Technology Solutions division at ICF, focusing on cybersecurity and physical infrastructure resilience. Additionally, experience as the Communication, Training, and Administration Manager (CTAM) involved overseeing a range of functions to support the 600+ person ECSP Division, enhancing service delivery and productivity. Prior to ICF, Monson worked at 3M in the Global Manufacturing sector of the Automotive Division from December 2004 to January 2011.
