Justin Rodgers has over 15 years of experience in building and leading business development teams and strategies centered on energy, environment, and climate. At ICF, they served as the Senior Director, Business Development, and previously as VP and Group Business Development Lead, driving resilient decarbonization programs across North America. Prior to their time at ICF, Justin held positions at Opower and Design To Delivery Inc, where they developed sales enablement content and strategies. Currently, Justin is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in English at William & Mary.
