Rachel Bradley

Rachel Bradley, CFM, MPP, is the Director of Strategic Resilience at ICF. Their extensive experience includes serving as a Senior Management Consultant at Arcadis and a Management Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton, where they supported the Federal Emergency Management Agency's Risk Mapping, Assessment and Planning Program. Rachel has also worked as a Paralegal in the Antitrust Division of the U.S. Department of Justice, earning recognition for their contributions. They hold a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Delaware and a Master's Degree in Public Policy Analysis from the University of Maryland College Park.
