Shalini Ajayan

Shalini Ajayan is a Senior Director at ICF, where responsibilities include overseeing federal and commercial engineering and emerging technology projects since April 2010. Prior experience includes a Technical Intern role at ESRI, Boston, where Shalini developed interoperable workflows for 5D Fusion Modeling and Virtual City Models. As Project Manager at the National Transportation Planning & Research Center in India, Shalini led a Geomatics lab and significantly increased revenue streams for the Geomatics division. Earlier experience as a Resident Engineer at M/s Hometech Constructions involved translating client needs into effective construction management. Shalini holds a Master of Engineering Management from Duke University and a Master of Technology in Remote Sensing and Geographical Information Systems from the National Institute of Technology Warangal, along with a Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering from the College of Engineering Trivandrum.
