T. Bernie Fang

T. Bernie Fang is a Manager of GIS/Traffic Noise Analysis at ICF, having transitioned from a role as Senior Traffic Noise Analyst/Senior GIS Analyst with Blanton & Associates, Inc. prior to its acquisition by ICF in September 2022. With extensive expertise in noise-related projects, T. Bernie Fang has focused on gathering, analyzing, interpreting, and modeling geospatial and environmental data to develop noise assessments aligned with environmental regulations since 2012. T. Bernie Fang holds a Ph.D. in Geographic Information Science from Texas State University, where responsibilities included drafting grant proposals, conducting geospatial data analyses, and teaching various GIS courses. Additionally, academic contributions encompass research assistant roles analyzing shopping behaviors, crime path patterns, and air pollution exposure, bolstered by a strong educational foundation in Land Resource Management and Land Use Planning obtained from Northeast Agricultural University.
