Timothy Obenshain

Timothy Obenshain is an experienced Cyber Security Director at ICF, overseeing cyber security analytics and visualization efforts while managing a team of 11. With a career spanning over two decades, Timothy has held various positions in cybersecurity, including Senior Manager of Cybersecurity Information Assurance for DHS CISA and Senior Manager at a DoD Cyber Security Service Provider. Previous roles include leading teams in information security continuous monitoring and managing network security analysis. Timothy's technical background includes a strong focus on project and program management for multiple contracts. Timothy holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Assurance and has also earned degrees in Communication and Media Studies, and Political Science and Government from the University of Maryland.
