Toni DeWeese is a Program Evaluation Specialist with a robust technical background in program evaluation and measurement, specializing in building evaluation capacity and providing technical assistance. Currently a Senior Research Scientist at ICF International since 2011, Toni has worked on diverse projects including national evaluations in child welfare and community health initiatives. Prior to ICF, Toni served as a Program Evaluator at the Georgia Department of Human Resources, where they enhanced evaluation capacity across various programs. Toni holds a Master of Education in Educational Evaluation and Research from the University of Georgia, as well as degrees in Child/Family Development and Education.
