Lutz Hempel

Lutz Hempel is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational development and education. As a co-founder of Inner Development Goals Switzerland since January 2022, Lutz has been instrumental in promoting inner development to support the UN’s 2030 agenda for Sustainable Development Goals. Lutz serves as a guest lecturer at the University of Basel, focusing on sustainable leadership, and has been a managing and business partner at ICG Integrated Consulting Group since January 2000. Additionally, Lutz founded the Groovin' Organization, which emphasizes natural agility and business improvisation through music, and is involved in program design and facilitation at The Flourishing Circle. Lutz also acts as a mentor at the University of St.Gallen and has played a pivotal role as a companion at LES ENFANTS TERRIBLES. Lutz holds an Executive MBA from the University of Strathclyde and a diploma in International Arts Management from ISW Business School.
