Yen Ting Chen

Yen Ting Chen has worked in a variety of roles since 2012. From 2012-2015, they were a Software Programmer at \u5fb7\u7fa9\u8cc7\u8a0a, where they developed project features for DigiWin ERP, fixed bugs from user reporting, and worked with a project team of 8-10 people onsite at CTBC Bank and Panhsin Bank. From 2015-2017, they were a Database Administrator and Database Engineer at Gamania Digital Entertainment, where they hosted project databases by using MSSQL, solved company's and customer's database operation problems, designed and built high available plans and disaster recovery by using MSSQL AlwaysOn and Replication, designed and built table schema, designed and managed data flow, and drew ER-Digrams. From 2017-2019, they were a Product Manager, Project Manager, Database Administrator, and Database Analyst at TEC Digital Technology, where they planned features and found business models for the company's product, focused and scoped the product's target customer, planned social media advertising strategies and wrote ad introductions for Facebook, introduced the company and promoted its advantages, acted as a technical consultant, analyzed user's requirements at project beginning, hosted company's project databases by MSSQL, solved company's and customer's database operation problems, designed and built reports for the company's operation product, brainstormed and analyzed user data to find valuable information for business, and learned and developed machine learning and statistics functions to improve business models by using python. Lastly, from 2019-present, they have been a Senior Product Manager and Product Manager at iCHEF Co., Ltd.

Yen Ting Chen obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information Management from Tamkang University in 2010, followed by a Master's degree in Management Information Systems and Services from the same university in 2013.
