Irene Aranda Alonso

Irene Aranda Alonso, PMP has a diverse work experience in the pharmaceutical and research fields. Irene is currently working as a Principal Scientist, Quality Control CMO Lead at Ichnos Sciences. Prior to this, they worked at Bristol Myers Squibb as a Senior Scientist in Analytical Science & Technology, where they had responsibilities such as overseeing external analytical vendors, performing QC oversight, and supporting laboratory investigations. Irene also worked at ROVI Pharmaceutical Company as a Project Manager, Formulation Scientist, and Quality Control Analyst, gaining extensive experience in project management and quality control under GMP/GLP guidelines. Additionally, they worked as a Research and Development Associate at Queen's University Belfast, where they led a research project focused on the development of self-cleansing urinary biomaterials and managed a research team and microbiology laboratory.

Irene Aranda Alonso, PMP completed their Project Manager Professional Certification from the Project Management Institute Chennai Chapter in 2020. Prior to that, they earned a Master's degree in Formulation Design and Drug Manufacturing from the University of Navarra in 2009. Their educational journey began with a Project Manager Professional degree from the Universidad de Sevilla, which they obtained in 2004.
