David Webster

David Webster has extensive experience in construction management, currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer and General Superintendent at ICI LLC since December 2013. In this role, David oversees all projects for ICI and manages day-to-day field operations. Prior to this, David worked as a Superintendent at United Builders Service from May 2004 to April 2009, where responsibilities included overseeing construction activities and ensuring project completion.
