Jesse Waletich has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries. Starting in 2004, Jesse worked as an Assistant Chief Test Engineer at Northrop Grumman, where they researched and executed test procedures for complex systems on nuclear aircraft carriers. In 2010, they transitioned to Booz Allen Hamilton as a Senior Consultant, specializing in financial analysis and cost reduction strategies for clients such as the Naval Aviation Enterprise. In 2013, Jesse joined Alion Science and Technology, taking on roles such as Project Manager for DDG Systems Engineering and Lead Marine Engineer, where they led distributed teams and provided technical support to naval shipbuilding projects. In 2018, Jesse joined ICI Services Corporation, initially as a Lead Engineer supporting a NAVSEA program, and later promoted to Vice President. Throughout their career, Jesse has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a focus on engineering support management and systems integration.
Jesse Waletich obtained an Engineer's degree in Systems Engineering from The George Washington University in the years 2014 to 2017. Prior to that, Jesse earned an MBA in Business Administration from the William & Mary – Raymond A. Mason School of Business from 2007 to 2009. Jesse also holds a BS in Marine Engineering Systems, Nuclear Engineering from the United States Merchant Marine Academy, which was earned from 2000 to 2004. Additionally, Jesse has completed the Cyber Security Strategy certification from Georgetown University and holds certifications as a Stanford Certified Project Manager and a Project Management Professional from Stanford University and the Project Management Institute, respectively. Jesse's field of study in Project Management was pursued at Stanford University.
