Joseph Shorter

Joseph Shorter JD, SPHR, currently serves as Vice President and Director of Human Resources at ICI Services Corporation, a defense contractor, since October 2016. With extensive experience in human resources leadership, Joseph previously held roles as Director of Human Resources at Apogee Solutions, Chief HR Officer and Director of Safety & Facilities at the City of Norfolk, VA, Principal and Owner of Executive Human Resources LLC, HR Director at UM Shore Regional Health, and Manager of Human Resources at Wyoming Medical Center. Joseph holds a Juris Doctorate from Regent University School of Law, a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from The University of Virginia's College at Wise, and an Associate's of Science from Tidewater Community College.
