Abhijit Bhattacharya

Abhijit Bhattacharya has over two decades of experience in human resources, currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition, Rewards & Leadership, and HR Technology at ICICI Bank since October 2003. Abhijit also oversees the Human Resources function at ICICI Securities Primary Dealership Ltd and has previously led HR at the National Bank for Financing Infrastructure & Development on secondment. Prior roles within ICICI Bank include Head of HR for various divisions such as Technology, Digital Banking, and Retail Banking. Prior to ICICI Bank, Abhijit worked as a Human Resources Associate at HCL Perot System. Abhijit holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource and Organisational Development from the Delhi School of Economics and a Bachelor of Science degree from Hindu College, University of Delhi.
