Hitesh Sachdev

Hitesh Sachdev has over two decades of extensive experience in the banking and finance sector, primarily with ICICI Bank since June 2002, where current responsibilities include Head of Start-up Engagement, Innovation & Investments. Previous roles at ICICI Bank encompass oversight of private equity, debt syndication, and mergers & acquisitions, leading a team of 12 senior investment bankers, as well as managing relationships with over 300 premium corporates with a team of 40 senior relationship managers. Hitesh has also served as Zonal Head, overseeing 2000 SME customers, and as Area Credit Manager for Gujarat, where monthly disbursements reached Rs 1000 million. Early career stages included positions at Torrent Pharma and SMM Consultants. Hitesh holds multiple degrees, including Chartered Accountant, Bachelor of Laws, CWA Intermediate, Master of Commerce, and Company Secretary, demonstrating a strong foundation in finance, banking, and corporate law.
