Poornima Subramanian

Poornima Subramanian is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as the Deputy Chief Financial Officer at ICICI Lombard since January 2025. Prior to this role, Poornima held the position of Chief Financial Officer and Head of Legal and Secretarial at Reliance Nippon Life Insurance from November 2017 to January 2025, and served as Chief Financial Officer at Tata AIG General Insurance from August 2014 to November 2017. Poornima has extensive experience in leading financial functions, including financial control, audit, tax management, budgeting, and compliance. Previous roles also include Vice President of Financial Control at ICICI Prudential Life Insurance from April 2010 to July 2014 and Vice President of Finance at MSCI Inc. between February 2005 and March 2010. Poornima is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Cost Accountant, having completed education at The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and the Institute of Costs and Works Accountants of India in 1997.
