Shivi Singh

Shivi Singh is an experienced professional with a strong background in Learning and Development. Currently serving as the DVP of Learning and Development at ICICI Lombard since April 2012, Shivi has also held roles as Associate Vice President and Sr. Manager within the same domain. Responsibilities include driving the learning agenda in collaboration with senior leaders and enhancing the organization's branding in learning practices. Prior experience includes an Assistant Manager role at Middle Earth HR, focusing on HR generalist functions such as recruitment, competency development, and performance management. Shivi holds a Master's degree in Human Resources and Marketing from ICFAI Business School, attained between 2008 and 2010.
