Shraddha Pradhan

Shraddha Pradhan is an accomplished human resources leader with extensive experience in the insurance and pharmaceutical sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at ICICI Lombard since April 2023, Shraddha has previously held the role of Vice President - Human Resources at ICICI Lombard General Insurance Pvt Limited from April 2015 to October 2023, where notable achievements include leading successful merger and acquisition efforts, revamping talent assessment processes, and enhancing employee engagement initiatives. Prior to this, Shraddha was the Director of Human Resources at Bristol-Myers Squibb, focusing on cultural transformation and high-performance organization development. Shraddha also held various leadership positions at Johnson & Johnson, where significant contributions included developing talent strategies across the Asia Pacific region and driving substantial business growth. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Bombay.
