Shruti Patil

Shruti Patil is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Manager at ICICI Lombard since September 2022, Shruti previously held multiple roles at LTI - Larsen & Toubro Infotech from March 2018 to October 2022, including Senior Learning Consultant, Learning and Development Consultant, and Operation Executive within the L&D Team. Shruti began the career as a Project Trainee at L&T Infotech for a short duration in 2017, where experience was gained as an HR intern focused on Human Resource Planning and Forecasting for a significant employee base. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Management Studies with a specialization in Human Resources Management from Pillai Institute of Management Studies & Research (2016-2018) and a Bachelor's degree in Life Science from Ramnarain Ruia College (2013-2016).
